Yep. Just do the normal process in tinypic and copy the [IMG][/IMG] code that it gives you and again go to User CP and there is an option to edit signature. Try and keep the sig picture not too big or the mods will remove it.

If you go to the top left corner there are some options across the screen. Go in User CP and then Customise Profile.

To add a pic/photo for a background you'll need to upload it first by going again into User CP and then going to Pictures and Albums and creating an album to put them into.
