In my opinion yes because the only things happening are Wolfpack v. Aaron and showmances, it becomes quite monotonous. When Jem comes in it livens up for a bit though.

According to Matthew's theory, him and Mark had been doing disgusting pranks to each other in a bid to outdo each other. I can't remember what Mark did to him, but whatever he did clearly made Jay want to do something far worse.
It's not far fetched because Mark and Jay were always doing pranks. And it's because of Mark's retaliation that caused him to leave.
Yeah a horrible, revolting incident that should've seen him be immediately removed from the house. Like Conor, Jay was apparently liked and protected by the producers, hence why they covered that up.
We don't really find out why Mark left, but Matthew's theory about him makes sense tbh.
