…I’m so glad that you’re here and so sorry that I haven’t had a chance to properly catch up……

…you’re doing ok now, though…?…I mean, it’s a bit clearer for you…?…is everyone well…your family/friends etc…have they got through ok….?…

…on the whole it’s been what it’s been…some very shaky times, something in particular which is just a working progress and always will be, I think…I hope it helps you to be here and be with people who care for you in this crazy internet world……we always try to struggle through, don’t we…?…but sometimes what we need is to stop and self heal so that we can step forward again…you know that I’m always here, yeah…?….you really are always a glow of light when you’re here, Ashley but you must always care for and take care of the light within yourself….…

…we somehow lost Lostie while you’re away…I mean for real, he’s Lostie……he does occasionally log on and say hey and I hope that he’s doing ok…i mean obviously it’s lovely to have him here where we can keep an eye on him but the main thing of him is that he’s okay…

…I’ve missed you……and I hadn’t realised why you’d taken your break and stepped back a bit, I wish that I had…it’s been a cruel year and all we can do is to try stuff from it that we can turn into something positive…we’ll, positive isn’t really it so much as make some of the life changing things work for us…?….because there are things, it’s just difficult to see at times because it’s so easy and obvious to focus on the losses and not the gains …and there will always be a blend of both….
