Ryan/Roxy saga now being glossed over

I thought last night was going to be all about setting the record straight re: Ryan/Roxy situation?

Not even mentioned by the ex housemates.

I'm completely convinced that someone is taking legal action. Either Ryan's family or Roxy. That's why they are now at pains not to mention it anymore.

It will be interesting to see what they do with the interviews tonight, whether they'll gloss over it during them.

Could be ryan family.

girlfighter1992 10-09-2018 11:18 AM

You imagine it will be spoken about in the Ryan interview

chuff me dizzy 10-09-2018 11:18 AM

I expected it to be brought up, Ryan in full tearful mode and job done, hand him the crown ....I was so pleased the hm8s were on a screen so he did'nt get a chance to ask what had happened

Elliot 10-09-2018 11:18 AM

But it’s old news now and everyone in the house is on his side anyway

Vanessa 10-09-2018 11:21 AM

I don't think Ryan wants to talk about it at all.

It depends. If its a legal matter, she may not be allowed to talk about it.

read this interview with Lucy Mecklenburgh

She added to this week's OK! magazine: "As long as she now gets the help she needs then I think it’s time we all draw a line under it. The most important thing for me is that she never does this to anyone else."

"As long as she goes away and works on her problems I think she should be left alone and I think Ryan would agree."

Ben kind of indicated how well Ryan had conducted himself.
I agree with you, he likely doesn't want to talk about it in the house.
I for sure hope once out and all other housemates have seen that woman's lies.

That he really forcefully does something about it.
I hope he takes some action.
She's partly covered by her insincere forced, because her lies were exposed, apology.

However, she's had plenty to say out the house, it's only right he gets his full and repeated say once out too,.
He's the aggrieved individual in this, no one else and certainly not lying Roxanne.

He didnt actully handle it well at all. He didnt counter her accusations because he knew the cameras where on his side, he knew he coulnt act the nasty as he had the evidence, he couldnt cry and go balistic because he didnt want to loose his many mantle and he basically staged managed it all the way for maximum effect. So if he did handle it well, it was a stage managed well, not a natural one.

Having someone accuse you of assault is big and he never once asked BB to view the footage, or was it filmed. he knew it was so he rode the wave of sympathy and allowed the votes to come in and after the show he will sue for sure. He comes from a reality show family, so he knows the importance of playing these situations the right way.

He isnt who he presents himself to be, he is scamming the win by acting it out. Not a deserved winner in my book anyway, in fact i find him vacant and boring.

I kind of agree with you but I don't believe that he hasn't seen the footage yet. I'm 100% sure he has seen it behind the scenes and he knows well how it looks and that he's going to come out a hero.

In saying that I do think he went through a bit of hell in there through her lying because he didn't realise for a couple of days how bad it really was, only then did the others start telling him that she was sleeping in the other room because of him and all.

Doesn't mean he should win though. No-one should win through sympathy but will we ever forget Coleen Nolan?

Roxy has had enough focus. Time to stop giving IT attention.

AnnieK 10-09-2018 04:51 PM

We have no idea what Ryan has been shown or told by producers. I would imagine he has been quite fully briefed.

Epic. 10-09-2018 04:54 PM

Thank **** it wasn't brought up, would've completely ruined the tense atmosphere that made punchgate so dramatic and interesting

JoshBB 10-09-2018 05:09 PM

The housemates have pretty much already figured it out for themselves. It would be unnecessary, anti-climactic, and brings in an element of outside interference. It was never going to be a thing, it's just something the tabloids speculated.

I actually wanted everyone to be shown the video with their reaction, but looks like it's old news now as the focus is all on the current going ons in the house & the final.
