I was looking at some women's clothes, mainly shoes the other day like high heels and realised that women go that extra mile to look good and that includes pain.

I love shoes, but can't handle the pain! I have shoes for sitting in the pub and admiring, and shoes for going out dancing and a pair in my handbag for walking home!

I like rugged shoes that can handle me walking endlessly in them. I can't handle trainers, they can't handle the distance. Flimsy shoes are hard to walk in.

I need something comfortable and substantial and something I can run in.

I like something that looks good but it needs to be fit for purpose too.
