I think she knows exactly what she is doing, probably been pulling the same tricks all her adult life.

That little scene in the DR was so telling.

I don't know who is worse - Sunshine or the producers for falling for it. Considering JJ got a much undeserved reprimand when Sunshine started it and provoked it, how come she didn't get reprimanded similarly.

She's been the vilest of the vile tonight - her actions in the diary room showed she is not mentally capable to be in the house, and her apparent concern over what is shown should be ignored by BB. If she was so concerned she shouldn't have even auditioned - and BB should not be making concessions to reassure her. It's nothing like that which will affect her future career - it's her behaviour and demeanour in the house. I'd rather die than be treated by Sunshine.

The real telling point though was yet again her trying to twist the situation, saying she took it as fun while John James couldn't take the joke. John James wasn't the one running to the diary room now was he.

Some comments from twitter:

# but I didn't see anything that I thought was THAT bad? Did I miss something!? (chatting with cuz) 4 minutes ago via TweetDeck

# what did jj do to warrant a warning? 7 minutes ago via TweetDeck

That's Davina McCall's twitter BTW!

Edit the title.

She played the 'my vagina flashed' card not the 'victim' card.

Not this time no - he has already been there and done that, got the teeshirt - so to speak!

Maybe after the incidents with Rachael, Ben, Dave and Sunshine etc BB thought they had to do something to look like they weren't allowing him to continually attack other housemates

I will compromise...

She played the 'I wanted something to kick off about because I had a drink or two and needed the attention so I overreacted about maybe showing my knickers and pretended to be a victim' card.

Better? :joker:

Nobody thought that though - apart from Rachael John James has been the victim in those cases, and handled himself much better than he did in the first week.

It is not Big Brother's place to interfere in such matters until a line is seriously crossed - and we've not come close at all to that line this series. Sunshine though would rather tell tales or hide behind a fake smile then bitch and sulk rather than address any concerns like grown ups.

Indeed JJ has already apologised (for nothing) before she ran to the diary room - but despite saying "that's fine" as she did with Ben in the first week she then had to go and make a big deal out of it to get more and more attention.

oh yes , I bet her school friends(if she had any) could tell a few stories because what she did in the dr she had defo done before,Its just a pity BB has lost its shine in the media or who knows what would have come out ,I remeember in the first few days (i think it was the day after"my dead Mam,Grandma,Grandad... and the day before "i got crap gse`s but my Mam made a phone call and now im in medical school) she CLAIMED she had been bullied at school because she was ugly ,but a few days before on her vt on coming into the house she said ,and I remember because i had to change my knickers with laughing"Im here to prove brains and beauty go together"she is the type of frsak who one day will cry rape

Brekkie 01-07-2010 11:21 PM

Exactly - she's got no chance of getting laid when she gets out as no man will want to run the risk. Then again refuse and you're probably at her mercy.

nastynorrie 01-07-2010 11:39 PM

omg i would slap that girl down, what an attention seeking wee bun, and why was mario not brought back into the d/r he held her legs, as for the cut bollocks it was a wee carpet burn

She is a certain "cry rape" bird

OMG - OTT or what! You all talk about her over-reactions - when you are all now implying she is someone who cries rape! Pot and kettle ...

Well he didnt ask her to pour a bottle of water over his head...she just did it.It all backfired and she couldnt deal with the consequences. You do something like that to someone be prepared for what you get... its not like he got nasty... stupid cow!!

jools 02-07-2010 12:35 AM

seems several points are being missed.1.he didnt throw her in the pool,as in, she didnt end up in the water.2.she didnt flash her fanny3.she was wearing underwear...she said said she was wearing french knickers.
if she was so worried about her credibility as a future doctor, why go on bb in the first place.
i agree jj does go well over the top a lot of the time, but as corin pointed out, everyone knows he is like that,so why go back for more.

lynette 02-07-2010 11:47 AM

If Sunshine is really SOOOOOOOO concerned about what would be shown, and how it could affect her career as a doctor, why did she bother to audition for BB in the first place?

TBH she wanted more airtime and it backfired on her.

starry 02-07-2010 11:55 AM

The anti-Sunshine people and JJ are getting alot more worked up about this than her. That's the irony. She asked whether anything was seen on TV, perfectly reasonable. And JJ was too rough, she got bruises all over her legs.

Big Brother Fan 02-07-2010 11:58 AM

its not fair!! She was in shock!!!! :)

No, the irony is that her defenders still defending her when she long ago gave up defending herself. :joker:

Exactly. The thing that annoys me most is she is so concerned about protecting her own reputation she couldn't care less about how she affects the reputation of others around her - as obviously their careers and friends/family on the outside world are far less important than hers.

Her actions that night basically led to a housemate being accused of assault - and unlike in the real world it seems within the Big Brother house JJ had no real option to defend himself, or for others around him to put in their views of the situation. If it had been a work place disciplinary I'd like to think the truth would have been established very quickly and no official disciplinary action would have been taken.

P.S. Worth noting that C4 have now removed the article relating to last nights show, full of comments defending JJ and saying how wrong BB were to reprimand him.

What a fantastic result tonight that reflects what many in this thread have been saying.

So glad to see the victim card defeated for once
