The Papers
are saying he is due to be sacked today.
Confirmed he punched the Producer in the face

Crimson Dynamo 25-03-2015 09:14 AM

Good to see Russel Crowe giving Clarkson his full support this morning. He said he understands that you work on a set all day fir 12 hours and the least you should expect is a hot meal.

Iceman 25-03-2015 09:30 AM

No official word of anything yet. Anyone saying anything is confirmed is bull****.

Crimson Dynamo 25-03-2015 09:33 AM

The bbc have made countless millions on the back of ckarksons personality which they actively promote worldwide

Also I can't believe anyone is even defending him, he had a tantrum cos he didn't get the food he wanted, called that producer a "lazy Irish c **t" and punched him. What a superior asshole, he shouldn't be untouchable and I'm glad justice is being served, the ****er should have been arrested. If it was a normal person he would have been charged with assault on top of losing his job.

He's said on twitters little while ago he hasn't heard anything.

And Chris Evans has rubbished rumours he will take over.

MTVN 25-03-2015 09:56 AM

I wouldn't trust unilad.co.uk to be that reliable really lol

Alot of the papers seem to think the same, though there's been no proper announcement

He would indeed have been arrested and likely charged too. Then again, I just cannot stand the man anyway.

smudgie 25-03-2015 11:59 AM

If he assaulted someone then he should be sacked, surely the Beeb can't be seen to condone it.

Iceman 25-03-2015 12:02 PM

He will be sacked. It's a huge loss as I reckon Hammond and May will go too as their contracts are up next week (as far as top gear goes).

It might be a huge loss but how can you justify him staying on when he assaulted a member of their staff? No one should be above repercussions for things like that

I haven't tried to justify anything lol. I'm just posting in here because the whole debacle is hilarious (with all due respect for the producer). I think the BBC will sorely miss the audience he brings, which in turn brings them (and the producer) money. I personally would like him to stay but that's just my opinion.
