What usage of money would make someone deserving?

Its student loan, you aren't required to pay a penny back until you earn a 20k+ wage. If he would pay it back out of choice despite not having a job (and probably never being eligible to having to pay it back) then he's stupid with money and wouldn't deserve it imo

Worth nothing in the bank Vanessa. Spend it and enjoy it, or put it into a property.
Ok for a rainy day mind.:cheer2:

I am pleased for Jack,he has got something anyway from being on BB and good for him.

Personally,I would not have pressed the button and I agree with Joel it should be prize fund money, he made a good point of the winner then handing out anything,if they so wished to do so.

I didn't agree with the prize fund being messed about with in previous series and never liked BB reducing this series prize fund either.

However, having said all that I am really pleased for Jack tonight and he does seem to want to do so much good with it too.
Really, all of them warrant something from this series after the horrendous nonsense they have had to endure with shocking production ideas and the fleet of fame/publicity hungry ex has beens and winners going in,taking all the attention away from the original housemates.

Well to be fair, some people like to try to clear off the student debts they have incurred,if possible to do so, because it is around your neck as long as you have it.
Should they apply for a mortgage, the debt is taken into consideration at that time too as an outstanding debt.

That is why some like to clear off the student debt they have if they ever can in one go.

Some people are coming out of Uni now with nearer £40,000 of debts hanging over them, that makes credit and mortgages more difficult to secure until being paid off or actually cleared.

My wife started a successful business with 10K before i met her. Sadly the money came from a relative who passed away. It can be done.
