This is purely scraping the barrel but a few journo's the other day have said there would be meetings between Arsenal and Icardi's agent this week and Icardi's wife (who people say is also his agent) has been tweeting today with her location in London. Obviously it could mean **** all but it does fit together

Thats it I reckon. There will be no more till our early heavy defeat in August and then maybe the manger will stop p*ssing about in the transfer market. :bored:

His only a year older than me, he could end up being a great player in a few years, Japan are developing some strong talent in Football/Soccer in the last few years and Wenger clearly sees something in this guy.

And anyway even if he doesn't workout maybe Rowett will take him on for us?:joker:

He's not what we need by a long way. He may be one for the future but the smart money is saying he's only been signed so Arsenal can raise their profile in the far East. I'm also a bit sick of us signing these young players only to sell them when they're 22-24 when they're proven not good enough.

This rumour is building up and yes his wife is his agent. Some think she's trying to get him a better deal at Inter. Personally, I' welcome him at Arsenal. We need options up front and he's probably an upgrade on what we've currently got.

Gotze back to Dortmund where he belongs

Drew. 22-07-2016 11:36 AM

Holdings move is finally complete, looks a really promising player. Striker next and we're good to go. And don't worry Girth, the key line from the announcement "We remain in the market, so stay close to Arsenal.com for any further transfer news"

Arsenal’s squad can compete for Premier League title, says Ivan Gazidis

Ivan Gazidis: Arsenal making progress with 'disciplined' spending policy

Gazidis says Arsenal can compete for the league and applauds the 'disciplined' spending policy. Thats as much as I need to hear to know the excuses have started and we aint signing anyone else. :bored:

Holding does look a good player though. :joker:

We've had a bid rejected for Lacazette. Trying to buy him for less than £30m in a market where Higuain costs 80, we are taking the piss

Brother Leon 26-07-2016 05:10 PM

Still waiting for Pogba confirmation....

GiRTh 26-07-2016 07:35 PM

According to various sources we are bidding 8million for Wissam Ben Yedder. This must be the mystery striker I've been told about. No need to keep it a mystery, no ones heard of him anyway. Due to the fact its under 10 millon we might actually get this one done.

Brother Leon 26-07-2016 08:36 PM

Juve promise Pogba and his agent 20% of any future sale when getting him for free and now they look like they are going to sell him, they are going back on their word and want United to pay the fee. ****ing Italians.. :idc:

James 27-07-2016 11:13 PM

Just paying a visit to this millionaire's playground of a thread to say that Robin van Persie might be joining Rangers. :amazed:

(Disclaimer: nothing confirmed yet).

Drew. 27-07-2016 11:31 PM

Saw that on twitter earlier.. would be a ridiculous signing. His decline has happened just as predicted though. But even a declining RVP will do a job in Scotland

Brother Leon 28-07-2016 03:42 PM

Tell the world I'm coming home
Let the rain wash away all the pain of yesterday
I know my kingdom awaits and they've forgiven my mistakes
I'm coming home, I'm coming home

Pretty much all dismissed by Warbs but as soon as the odds were cut to 1/2 I was begginning to hope we'd get him on a massive wage cut, as much as I'd have loved him I think Waggy is good enough to be a 25 goal striker anyway

James 29-07-2016 01:18 AM

Yeah, would have been a Nineties-type Rangers signing, where anyone could be signed.

Brother Leon 01-08-2016 11:13 AM

Sane and Jesus on their way to City. Very good signings. Manchester looking good for this season...

Black Dagger 01-08-2016 11:18 AM

Jesus isn't staying though </3.

But yay Sane, thank ****, bored of that saga now, we don't half drag it all out.
