I mean, half the songs in the chart sound like The Chainsmokers nowadays, so if she wanted a quick success, then taking that and making it a little more Gaga-y wasn't the worst choice. After all, if she managed to get a pretty big hit (...just not over here) with Million Reasons, which sounds nothing like The Chainsmokers, surely that kind of proves the opposite?
