You could do them frame-by-frame in photoshop, or use a program like Adobe Premiere.

1992 views by the way! Anyway, I can't really think of any! I have a tendancy to create things on programmes that aren't really meant for that particular purpose. For example WMM for animations, PPt for art and design etc!

I've got Premiere Elements but I can't get used to it, i was considering doing it frame by frame but that could take a long time

Do you mean seperate frames? Because I haven't made them yet, I've just been planning effects, etc.

No not frames, I mean the objects in the animation, the eye and the stripes in two seperate pics.

Here they are - its a .png file with a transparent background. The eye is in two parts because the lines shoot up through the eye.

Is the eye there at the start then?

Here's how i thought it should look:

- The eye starts flat on the screen, like in the first image of this thread
- It then collapses into the state you see above
- The lines shoot through
- The seven swivells in and out

and then the first three steps again in reverse.
