Thankyou Ammi,it was a bit rushed tbh,but turned out ok.

Can I ask in future rounds, that whomever is the pm, put everything into one post, just like a pm on the apprentice would sum up? Just makes it easier than going back through the thread. I'd also be interested in getting feedback from the pm on how he thought the team members performed.

My comments

Jake. Whew well if ever a huge sigh of relief was breathed then I bet it was by you as this task ended. You carried it tbh. A nice idea to implement a poll for the choice of group.

Nicky. You needed pushing but you came good. Great song choices. Have more confidence in yourself.

Parmnion. A little less focus on singing dogs and you'd have been away. I think if you'd done the task on your own you'd have stepped up better. Was a case of a little less conversation a little more action needed.

Matthew and Barry. I can't really offer much constructive criticism. Barry did a little bit. Matthew did a little bit. I hope the next task brings out the best in you both.

Collectively it was a bit of a shambles guys but the end result was very impressive so I give kudos for that. Well done.

I'm just peeved because if someone had asked me to do the poster I could have pmd kaz on the sky and took all the credit for its wonder..

But no, seemingly half my team and half the judges have made their decisions already.

You've done a good job nicky, and yet you were so down at the task announcement..she would have failed.

Ok - so here goes

SJ - you stepped up to be PM and you did a good job overall. You delegated the tasks well and organised everything. There are some criticisms I would normally of made, like where is the venue, what is the pricing, who's hosting, and no contact details on the poster, but I don't think they would be particularly fair on this task for such a shorthanded team. Good job.

I've left a tape recording in the boardroom for the judges to listen to, it has a code attached..to hear it the code is askmetopmyouit.
