I've been telling you for the last two years that he didn't transition power over to Biden. He transitioned power over to the military.

If you can still find his transition speech anywhere online, you'll see he never mention the Biden administration once. He just says it will be a "peaceful transition of power"

If he had handed over power to the Biden administration he would have been part of the treason that stole the election from the people.

It's basically what they're telling you that they're going to throw Trump in jail for. The difference is, they made it up and that's already been proven. But it's quite obvious when Trump says it, that it's a fact. We all saw it stolen. We know Biden didn't get the most votes in history, campaigning from his basement and beat Trump who got 10 million more votes than he did when he won first time.

When they did it, they did it out of pure panic and to save their lives. When Trump says it, it's out of confidence that he knows the truth.

You realise that Trump hasn't been indicted for just denying the election results? He's been indicted for denying them constantly, admitting to people he knew he lost, being told by the experts that he lost and that the elections were safe and secure, then when he lost all of his arguments in court (over 60 times), he called his merry band of professors and academics to the capitol for a shindig., and an illegal scheme to replace the state electors who certified the results for the states, with his own personal ones, And lots of other things. the indictment is only 45 pages long, so you can read it for yourself if you wanted.

Trump to this day denies the election results, and he walks freely, so we know with basic logic, that this isn't true.
