I'm starting to think she only gets on with Nathan and she thinks they're 2 peas in a pod... he's very much in the bosom of her group . But he also gets on with Emma it seems ,I wonder how Ali will feel...if she knew Nathan disagreed with her views on Khaled.

I understand the difficulties ,but it honestly feels like you're giving her a huge pass. She has no problem mixing with certain housemates if she wants to, I get that Khaled and herself are from very different backgrounds...and probably wouldn't speak on the outside world.

But this is the same person who said she "doesn't hang around with Tories", and here she is besties with Nathan . She doesn't have to get on with everyone in the house. But she's coming across bitchy with it.

I have a feeling something went down last night and Khaled got a little ganged up on...Nathan came to his defence I think...hence the conversation between Nathan and Daze. Nathan seems unaware of Ali's dislike of Khalid so maybe it will all come to light...Nathan needs to steer clear.

I just know that she will be finding her time in the house about 3 times more difficult/ taxing / challenging/ exhausting than the rest of them .

I am 99.99% certain that her brain will be working 100% of the time in there.

She will also be doubting/ second guessing her every thought and suspicion then rerunning it all through her mind repeatedly.

All the above makes you extremely tense and maybe volatile

Don't you think it's strange though that Ali has such a strong dislike for Khaled,yet she's forgotten how Marcello lied about them kissing ?. You would think she'd still had it in for Marcello,but it seems she's not bothered by him now.

Khaled hasn't done anything to her , even if she finds some of his behaviour annoying...I find it very weird how she's turned on him.

I think this is a very honest and rational summary of events, Ammi. I am not, personally seeing Khaled as fake. I just see a decent young guy, who is trying to treat others kindly and trying his best to fit in. To me, that’s understandable in the first week of meeting new people, and not a negative. I accept that, to some housemates, that might feel he is trying too hard, but I don’t feel he’s coming from a bad place.

Despite my understanding and defence of those on the Autistic Spectrum, I didn’t like what she did, or how she handled her feelings. She could have had a private conversation, and discussed her perception with him one-to-one. There was no need to call him out and humiliate him in a public setting - to me that was harsh, even though I understand that, to her, it was just being upfront and honest.

Part of me also feels that her thought process has been based on an analysis she might have made from a professional standpoint, which she would understand much more, rather than on social etiquette, that she would struggle to understand as effectively.

People on the spectrum can become quite fixated on certain things, and I think that she might have fixated on a certain view of Khaled that she can’t shake, and that is now affecting her perception of everything he says and does, even though it might not be justified.

In this instance, despite understanding it, I feel Ali’s actions were unnecessary and wrong, and I wish she would take a step back and think about the impact of public accusations and humiliation on an individual. Even if, in a social setting she might not understand that, she should be able to understand it from a professional basis.

The funny thing is everything Ali is accusing others of doing or more specifically Khaled, she's actually doing herself.... it's more like projection.

Well it shows she doesn’t hold grudges ( unlike Khaled who clearly said he would forgive ( for the cameras) but NOT forget when speaking about Ali yesterday.

It also shows she doesn’t hate all men as claimed by many on this forum ( repeatedly)

Like I said the other day, it's better to watch the show, then post. Rather than posting whilst watching. You pick up a lot more info that way.

Have we even seen her really interact with Marcello since then though? Maybe she’s just distanced herself from him and doesn’t speak about him or maybe it’s not being shown if she does?

We see about 30 minutes of selective/edited highlights each day out of 24 HOURS

Now that works out at around 2 to 3 minutes of individual coverage .. yet everyone is soooooo happy to constantly crucify Ali based on a few minutes of specially selected footage
