Don't care what time of day it is, I definitely need another stiff drink!

It's my last day at work and I've just had my presentation etc. All a bit emotional and now I'm off to the dentist to have a tooth out - oooer!

Boris 12-12-2003 05:15 PM

Sticks 13-12-2003 11:02 AM

We have the Christmas farmers market outside today

When I had it at Starbucks that one time, I quite liked it, plus there was real chocolate on the top. Originally I thought it was a coffee until I saw the sign again

I still can not find any Maple - Pecan Danishs', I have tried Starbucks and Costa Coffee :bawling:

BusyBee 13-12-2003 09:10 PM

Are we having a pre Pop Idol final celebration this evening? Perhaps we could invite Darius in to entertain us after his appearance on the show. Baggsie me front seat please.

BigSister 13-12-2003 09:20 PM

Oh I see Darius did turn up after all !

BusyBee 14-12-2003 03:54 PM

All I can say Boris is that we did not let the good name of your establishment down! In fact if I should not be surprised if a few famous faces start turning up once the word is passed around by a certain tall, dark gentleman.

Boris 14-12-2003 06:07 PM

We have more to offer than just the 'odd' famous name...! LOL

Companionship, fun and frolics....but all in the best possible taste.

NOW WHERE have I heard that before ???

Sticks 14-12-2003 06:18 PM

Not to mention Cafe Latte, Cappuchino and now a fin selection of syrup flavours.

Still no luck on the Oreos :bawling:

Boris 14-12-2003 10:30 PM

We will have to import them from the States !

LEE 14-12-2003 10:33 PM

They sell Oreos in my local Sainsburys lol, I'll go buy a bulk load before I move from civilisation up to the frozen north

And the Myth is perpetuated......

There is civilisation beyond Watford Gap you know LEE !!!!lol

But please feel free to supply us. It will be easier that any other supplier I am sure .

:shocked::laugh::shocked::laugh::shocked::laugh:

peachy 15-12-2003 08:09 PM

I've bought Oreo's from my local Sainsbury's several times, and guess what, I live in Staffs!!

However, I'm not allowed to eat them now, I'm on a diet and Boris is keeping me on the straight and narrow. I've lost 3 and a half stones so far. so no more Oreo's for me:bawling:

Sticks 15-12-2003 08:46 PM

Looks like, when I can I will have to make tracks to the only Sainsbury I know of up here in the Hinterlands, that in Washington Tyne & Wear

Does Sainsbury's do online shopping ?:conf:

Sticks 15-12-2003 08:49 PM

BTW I got a new cafetiere for single cups as my current one broke at the knob where you pull the plunger up.

See attached.

I also bought some Irish Cream coffee so I could see what Irish coffee is supposed to taste like, being a teetotaler.

BusyBee 16-12-2003 06:08 PM

Talking about Irish Cream has anyone tried Baileys Glider. Goes down a realy treat and you can drink more of it than the real thing. Or at least I can!!!!

Sorry sticks ....BUT I just have to respond to that bit of information !!!!

It is not nice if you have trouble with your 'plunger'......

SORRY, but I just had to !LOL LOL LOL :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Sticks 16-12-2003 09:49 PM

Being a total innocent I had no idea I had committed the faux pas of a double entendre :blush:

It makes one paranoid at how one can be misconstrued

I found another coffee maker that I would love to get. Then I could make hot steaming frothy cappuchinos all by my self.

BusyBee 16-12-2003 10:34 PM

Sticks you are getting to be a bit obsessed about this coffee thing. I am getting quite worried. Have these Hells Angels been turning your head.
