But + 1 means it is a minimum, theres no maximum, if time has been wasted in that minute then they can extend.

To be honest right, Kuyt isnt playing that good this season. i know its only the begining but this time last year he was really good where as this year he's missing easy shots. He's just missed one then, Glen Johnson produced a cross and Kuyt had an effort and it went wide.
