He surely has to be away for life for this.
Horrific. |

As you say the inmates won't like an ex police officer around them and even worse for him, one who used his authority to kidnap, rape and murder a Woman. |
I don't think the Covid restrictions/laws can be overlooked in the part they played here you know. Obviously he was a massive danger anyway, but apparently people saw her being taken and assumed she was being arrested. She wasn't screaming for help - because SHE believed she was being arrested for a valid reason. Despite the fact that all she was doing was walking home. She believed that by simply being out walking home, she was doing something wrong, and believed his lie that he had reason to arrest her. For literally nothing. This can't be overlooked, it's illustrative of something really worrying.

I reckon it's lucky he was caught so quick, because If he'd have got away with it, I reckon he'd have struck again.

you don't get a nickname like the rapist unless there has been some very questionable behaviour. The police were also very quick to focus in on him as a suspect. Then once he was caught he was very quick to accept his fate. All of that suggests to me that he was well known for being very dodgy. He shouldnt have been a police officer, and if he wasnt a police officer, he wouldnt have been able to abduct the poor woman in the way that he did.
That says to me that the met were culpable in her murder. What is most worrying to me is that the met chief doesn't seem to be actively doing anything about it, all she has basically said is ... oops the public may have lost trust in us. I think she should be fired immediately |
He exposed himself 3 days before the abduction in McDonalds...red flag anyone?

The whole story is just revolting. That poor woman, she never had a chance when a man flashes his badge, no one is concerned that the woman is in danger. This is really going to effect how women especially view the Police and being stopped by them

What I’m finding hard to absorb is he only joined the police in 2018 so in three years he has gone from nothing to carrying a gun. |

Cressida Dick has to take responsibility for this, and she clearly isn't. She must resign, and they need to bring in someone that will do what's necessary. Public confidence has been lost, and that can only be rectified by immediate action. Dick has had a couple of months to formulate a plan and she has done **** all about it
