Right here's the wackiest theory i an think of.

cena sent the text before the match, he knew Punk would win and that he' get involved with nash. Cena's been jealous that he got no credit for MITB so he needed a way to get the limelight of Punk. (this will of course be revealed after NOC, coincidentally the night Cena turns heel)

Jericho snuck in stole the phone from stephanie's purse and texted Nash for a laugh then left like nothing ever happened
