No, I'm pretty sure her falling from the ceiling with the chandalier represented a star's fall from grace.
Her dancers represented the papparazzi buzzing around her and pestering her life whilst she's down.
Just like Lindsay lohan or britney spears.
Then she dies from all the paparzzi's interfearence, and she rises to fame again because they love her once she's dead i.e the rope pulling her up high and the angelic lighting.
Just like MJ, or countless others.

At least, that's my take on it.
