Nah, he won't go another English club. Chelsea would be able to get him cheaper than £40m though, because I'm pretty sure we'd be interested in Torres in any kind of deal.
But it will be Madrid. And Alonso. Please. |

Yes, but they seem unrealistic. No reason for them to come really when if they were available there'd be multiple champions league teams offering them first team football
|
On another note. Liverpool are now legit top 4 contenders if they replace him properly. You aren't achieving **** with Suarez as your best player apart from his empty stats..as Hamann said and as Suarez proved.

Because they were built to basically give him the ball and let him shoot. That isn't successful Football. Yeah he may score or even get a brace from the 8 shots or so, but he makes no one else on the team much better really. That for me is what the best guy on a team needs to do ala Mata,Cazorla,RVP. Even Bale manages to make strikers like Adebayor look half decent :joker:

Brendan has brought in Sturridge, Coutinho, and (not confirmed yet but I'm including him) Aspas for less than £30m combined. I'm quite confident he'll find a good replacement for much less than the £40m we'll probably be getting. Actually not worried at all, think this will be better for us than him staying, eventhough he is our best player.

It looks like Modibo Diakite is moving to Sunderland from Lazio.

Will be a good move for him, they'll build around him and he will easily knock 15-20 league goals a season in if he stays fit. Kind of disappointed he never got a chance under Brendan, but oh well, it's an extra £11m to spend.

Literally no chance of this happening. Absolute lazy journalism |
Benteke won't leave to go to a Midtable club tbh. Can only see him going to a CL football team if at all.
|
Not guaranteed a spot there either
|
Benteke has his heart set on Anfield

Spanish media reporting that Manchester City have signed Jesus Navas from Sevilla.
He looks to have beaten his homesickness problems and obviously I don't like City but he will be a good signing for them because they need wingers who can give them depth in their system. |
Daniel Carvajal from Bayer Leverkusen to Real Madrid.
Striker Léo Baptistão from Vallecano to Atletico Madrid. |
