I'd personally "give it to someone in the neck" more if they had no opinion at all than if they just blurted out who they hated. And your not even saying who you hate, simply who you think won't get any.

I don't think it's that, hes worried they will nominate him.. whoever he thinks didn't get any votes. Surely that's a crappy reason to nominate someone anyway.
