I stopped going into the pet shop though tbf, they sell snakes and mice/rats but they keep them in cages right next to each other and i think that's a pretty bad business decision so i boycott the place now.

A few petshops in gateshead sell puppies. I'm not sure its legal though and its not good going in to see them as last time (mind this was about 6 years ago now, dunno if they still do it) there were about 8 pups all in a little cage. They seemed ok and happy, but it just didn't seem right. Nor did the sign saying they were pedigree labs when they were clearly mongrels...

i was in this vile place once where there were two whippets in their scooby doo stage in a cage on sale and their paws were sticking out the cage and ****

we called the rspca on them
