Aaand DUP hold another. 5 seats declared :spin2:

Spike 06-05-2010 11:45 PM

Different broadcasters are declaring different numbers
BBC has 5 results in (Lab 3 Others 2)
ITV has 12 results in (Lab 8 Others 4)
Sky has 6 results in (Lab 3 Lib 1 Others 2)

Are ITV going on official results announcements or rumours?

They are showing clips of the official results being read out.

Labour lose Belfast East to the Alliance Party.

Lib Dem hold Thornbury and Yate.

Labour hold Darlington and Durham North.

Shaun 06-05-2010 11:59 PM

DUP hold Lagan Valley

Plaid Cymru gain 'Arfon' from Labour.

Shaun 07-05-2010 12:04 AM

Yaaaay :spin2: Conservative gain Kingswood from Labour.

commando narf 07-05-2010 12:06 AM

i voted for lib dems i dont think they will get anywhere near number 10 but i voted for who have the most faith in and i got none in gordon frown or david icantcomeron

Shaun 07-05-2010 12:09 AM

Torbay! *excited*

Shaun 07-05-2010 12:10 AM

gay. my vote means nothing.

30stone 07-05-2010 12:14 AM

Nor does mine

My vote is classed in "other"

so pointless.

Spike 07-05-2010 12:15 AM

I wished the results would come in faster.
The swing from Labour to the Conservatives looks very worrying for Labour

setanta 07-05-2010 12:16 AM

I hate hearing Irish accents talking about the British Election. Sorry!

Jack_ 07-05-2010 12:16 AM

What time do you reckon all the results will be in? And at what time will we have a good idea of the outcome?

I have to be up at 6:30, but I want to set my alarm before that if needs be.

Stu 07-05-2010 12:25 AM

Shaun's a tory? For shame.

Mind you it takes a few loose screws to vote Labour back in.

In my rudimentary understanding of British politics, I'm a Cleggomaniac, brother. Lesser of the evils.

Shaun 07-05-2010 12:26 AM

Lord, Wales has some oddly-named places.

Spike 07-05-2010 12:35 AM

Who's the guy with the fist at Brown's vote?

Mark 07-05-2010 12:36 AM

Something like the "Land is power" party. Didn't quite hear their name, they got 57 votes :)

LAND IS POWER!

Spike 07-05-2010 12:40 AM

I noticed when Gordon entered the venue that there were a few other fist guys. Strange people

Loukas 07-05-2010 12:44 AM

I'm a labour man myself however i just want to punch Gordons face, it's just so punchable haha

Stu 07-05-2010 12:47 AM

Land Is Power's website is down already. Twitter is like a nutter spreader. Brilliant.

Spike 07-05-2010 12:48 AM

Good result in Tooting for Labour.
Mixed results for the Tories, some indicate a Conservative majority yet some indicate the opposite.
