Everton have been a revelation when compared to the Moyes years. They look like a good attacking side. They are in a position to kick on next season. Arsenal are a strange one. we have absolutely everything in place for our manager to succeed. The reputation, the money, the infrastructure, the youth academy, the stadium but our manager seems content with 4th place and reaching the quarters of every completion and I'm frankly sick of his recent bullsh*t in the transfer market.. ts time someone else had a shot

To comment on Wengers tactical prowess. He's always been a bit inept tactically . Its not his strength and it never has been. Wengers gets average players to play well and good players to play great. Tactics are a distraction for Wenger. Its yet another reason why we need to acknowledge that other managers are passing him on the way up but he's still earning much more than them.

You'd of thought he'd want to do that against Liverpool and City. Look how that turned out.

Do not rely on the bottler that is David Moyes, especially seeing as though our season is basically over in the league.

Anything is possible now that scrub RVP is out the side.

How dare you!

I was referring to Drew and you know it, Superman is Coleman's nickname.

Wengers final trick before he moves on will be a Jenkinson straight swap for Coleman.

Theres a part of me that would welcome Europa league football next year. Firstly, I think we would have a decent chance of winning it and the Champions league is just way too far off for us again. Secondly, here is frankly no point in us entering cuz we have no chance of progressing past the 1/4's. We would be in that competition for the money alone. And, finally it would stir the sh*t storm, for sure, and maybe changes will be made.

About bloody time, Hopefully they follow what City have done with tunnel cams.

Arsenal eye move for Southampton's Calum Chambers with continuing doubts over future of Bacary Sagna
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...ary-Sagna.html

Great player & potential but not sure if he's ready to replace Sagna.

Also linked with Cleverley...

Ryan57 23-04-2014 10:59 PM

I remember the Twitter rumour back last year of Arsenal bidding £25 million for Cleverley in January. http://i.imgur.com/PeNjRKC.gif

Ryan57 23-04-2014 11:02 PM

Knowing our luck, he'll get back to how he was before. The old Cleverley and Wilshere would be an amazing combination.

Drew. 23-04-2014 11:08 PM

We were also linked with Fellaini really strongly.. Wenger knows best in the end.

Ryan57 23-04-2014 11:09 PM

If he goes anywhere it'll probably be Everton. And I bet he does well there.

And yeah, rumours that you'd triggered the £22 million clause in Fellaini's contract. Turned out untrue, you lucky bastards. £22 million was a rip off, let alone the £28 mil we paid.

Ryan57 23-04-2014 11:11 PM

League is ours next season anyway...

New manager and...

I remember being really happy about it when there were rumours we had triggered the clause, how times change. We do need a defensive midfielder really badly still.. There is only one man that can save us

Alex Song will come crawling back with his tail between his legs.

Drew. 23-04-2014 11:15 PM

The only ex player i'd welcome back is Cesc.. looks like United still want him though and now Barca have had their transfer ban uplifted & with the fans against him it wouldn't surprise me if that happened.

Drew. 23-04-2014 11:16 PM

Think we have a buy-back clause on Cesc actually, Can't see it happening though.

Ryan57 23-04-2014 11:17 PM

FFS! Knew it'd get suspended. Would love Cesc, but he seems one of the few loyal players still around.

And yeah, you have first choice.

Brings back awful memories of last summer. Opening bid of £25 million, FML.
