Question about qualification for next season, If City and Liverpool both win their leagues.

How many English clubs would qualify for Europe? is it still 4 or 5?

5 but there can only be a maximum of 5. If City and Liverpool win the CL and EL but both finish outside the top four then 4th won't get a CL spot

Would either of them have to qualify though (or would whoever finishes 3rd have to instead?)
