Is the exp share still the same with giving every party member experience? I used to always only have 6 pokemon in my party but since the exp share it made it easy for rapid level growing I chose 12-18 that I would continuously rotate through :P

I'm just looking for a reason to get rid of Grimer and Fomantis tbh and I'm not too fond of Trumbeak either.

There are Captains and Kahunas which function kind of like Gym leaders but not really. TBH though I don't mind it, it's a bit more interesting. I hope future games bring back the Gyms but with elements of the trials.
