i said something like i dont think my ban was justified when i only reacted to baiting

Hi

Look I know you are a fair Mod and I appreciate the huge task that you undertake but i dont think my ban was justified when i only reacted to baiting. I hope you can consider rescinding this? I understand you are busy and that you have other priorities but i know from speaking to others you are the most reasonable Mod on here.

With very best wishes, Adam

i love this forum and the great work has been done here

However sometimes infractions make no sense and it is insulting. I remember someone was bashing lgbt by being subtle and i said you are a disturbing person and i got an infraction and when i talked about my infraction i got another infraction for talking about my infractions on the topic i got an infraction

as a forum member i should have a right to speak about infractions, it shouldnt warrant ANOTHER fraction. Some rules legit favours the type of sneaky rude behaviour. If there is an argument let it happen dont push infractions for the littlest riddiculus things

I'm adding this here for the last time also stop using this and other suggestions threads to discuss your own infractions and bans.

And more importantly this targeting of certain mods stops now, some of you are doing the exact same thing you are accusing the mod of and even worse doing it with a pack mentality. Any problems you have should be taken to another mod or admin of your choice through pm or the contact us option.

We have this section for suggestions so we can discuss them in a civilised manner we also welcome constructive critisism about the forum but we will not tolerate blatant insults aimed at us.

It's too late Kizzy, you are no longer the mod's favourite. Cherie is the new supreme.

Maru 03-11-2016 10:37 PM

So...what was ultimately decided/figured/concluded? We need to know what 11 pages will get us from the mod candy machine.

Marsh. 03-11-2016 10:38 PM

This forum doesn't need a new supreme!!!!

IT NEEDS A NEW RUG!

IT NEEDS A NEW RUG!

A 4" x 4" TiBB overly-branded company rug with coffee stains coming right up... It also works as a mouse pad!

Thank you for making that happen. Y'all are working hard over there :clap1:

A small suggestion for deletions also... but perhaps have a list of templates, with stated violated rules in context, set aside ready to go with certain deletion notices so that way us part time/seasonal trolls know Santa means business... so people better wise up or they'll be getting coal for TiBB Xmas :nono:

I'm surprised y'all kept the thread open. I think it's good you are giving us more chances to include our suggestions... we want to claim that max prize from the Suggestion Rewards program. Most threads like this usually get locked quickly in my experience. So thank you for giving us that chance.

Yes Josy
Keep it on the level

Nice to see

Why shouldn't the thread stay open ? It's been reasonably civil? For the umpteenth time I am not talking about deletions where we all know what we posted was close to the bone, but deletions that leave the poster puzzled as to what they had said that needed deletion, the ambiguous deletions, like Arista has quoted from Josy above, so no we don't need templates thanks

Cherie, in some places I've been, if it goes too OT, they shut the thread down. So I'm glad that they have not, because I agree with you, it's been relatively civil.
