She's inoffensive enough, I think a lot of girls will like her/look up to her maybe? and that's a big section of the voters

some people have no sense od reality, Kim spent days name calling, being highly argumentative and calling people names and some people on here believe since she wants to apologose it should be reciprocated, shes an attention seeker and accepting her apology would only give her the green light to continue to do as she has done.

I don't particularly like Nicola but I don't get why aome people choose to pretend they can't understand why she wouldn't listen to Kim, it's pretty obvious.
