Ali gone. I guess Chrissy wanted JP to stay and Ryan couldn´t sway her. Or Ryan knew that she screwed Ali too much to regain trust and wouldn´t be able to continue with her going forward.

Ali was eh... pretty pleased with that result. Although I wouldn't have minded seeing a possible Ali revenge arc (especially if it were to benefit Joe).
