I still think Hope are going to be the most successful from this year's series. It looked to me like Simon was going to sign them, they knew they were going this week and having all five of them sing lead vocals was a good decision. They're going to be successful.

Yeah, but that's my point, Same Difference do not have a shelf life. They're a Mickey Mouse band - which is fine for children, but those children are going to outgrow them quickly. Same Difference can't continue to appeal to the child market because they're going to get older, and lose appeal.

Hope however, could have lecherous old men, girls of the same age and guys all listening to their music for at least half a decade, depending on how their career unfolded.

If Girls Aloud had been formed in the same way, i.e. a bunch of soloists as they were on Popstar: The Rivals, but before the show started, and put on the X Factor, they'd have fared exactly the same as Hope did. Nadine is the lead singer, the other four get bits and pieces here and there. Girls Aloud wouldn't have won this year's X Factor because people would have said they are "tarts."

I'm going off on a tangent here, but Same Difference should not still be on the X Factor, they're going to get very stale, very quickly.
