I don't have the proper EP but I downloaded Poker Face & Just Dance acoustically from the videos.

xDramatick 02-02-2009 09:24 PM

The EP was released, it has Poker Face, Just Dance and Eh Eh on it.
You can get it on SIN if you're a member, if not just browse round.

Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say) video

Reminds me a lot of Christina's 'Can't Hold Us Down' and the diner bit screams 'Candyman' but it's a different video from Gaga.

M X 03-02-2009 10:37 AM

Thanks!

Still think it's a bad choice for the next single but the video is really nice, and different. She would have been better off releasing Paparazzi in my opinion, I just hope she releases that soon after Love Game. I really want Paparazzi and Beautiful, Dirty, Rich to be released preferably Paparazzi but any of them would be good. I don't think Eh Eh will do half as good chartwise compared to Just Dance and Poker Face but it'll probably still do well.

xDramatick 03-02-2009 11:43 AM

I agree. Eh Eh is a bad single choice. I'm not a huge fan of Paparazzi but it'd have been a clever single choice. I really wanted to see Boys Boys Boys or Brown Eyes released, if we take into consideration that LoveGame and BDR will probably be released.

So many potential singles, I just hope she doesn't do a Rihanna and go overkill. :\

Hehe, Yup!

I very much doubt she will shoot Kaboom for a video as she isn't releasing that. It is a leaked demo of something she did while at school.

im not sure on the video, reminds me of Forgive Me.

xDramatick 03-02-2009 03:14 PM

^ &Forgive Me reminded me of Can't Hold Us Down hehe :]

M X 03-02-2009 03:27 PM

^That's what I thought of initial viewing of Forgive Me.

M X 03-02-2009 04:55 PM

The video is directed by Joseph Kahn and so is LoveGame. I think that bloke she is kissing in the video for Eh, Eh is Space Cowboy.

xDramatick 03-02-2009 05:35 PM

^ It could be, it kinda looks like him but then again it kinda doesn't.

Space Cowboy's 'Digital Rock' album is very good :]

Ooh I downloaded that, I love it!

MrGaryy 03-02-2009 06:31 PM

I'm soo angry she went with Eh Eh. Is she was going to release one of the slower ones, it definitely should have been Paparazzi or Paper Gansta. I reckon Eh Eh will not slop but certainly do considerably worse than JD/Poker Face.

There's no denying that video has Can't Hold Us Down/Candyman influences, it's very different to what she's down before but I like it.

I hope to God she releases Beautiful, Dirty, Rich.

M X 03-02-2009 06:33 PM

Yeah, I love Space Cowboy's album!

M X 03-02-2009 06:35 PM

From now, I think the singles should be released like this -

1. Just Dance
2. Poker Face
3. Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)
4. LoveGame
5. Beautiful Dirty Rich
6. Brown Eyes

and then that's it! and then work on a new album when she feels ready and inspired.

She humped inflatable pool toys in the video for "Just Dance" and taunted enormous dogs with her "Poker Face." For her next trick, pop provocatease Lady GaGa is going old school. Shot inside a warehouse at the Port of L.A. (where I visited for a feature on the tiny blond sequin-spreader that will run in the magazine next week), the "LoveGame" video is set on a subway platform, wet concrete glistening beneath a menacing flock of bondage-loving biker-gang dancers who back the Lady through a routine that's part Rhythm Nation, part Blonde Ambition Tour, and generally takes so many cues from Michael Jackson's "Bad" clip that after one of the nearly two dozen runs through the chorus, GaGa herself actually stage-whispered, "Who's bad?"

"I wanted to have that big giant dance video moment," said GaGa of the concept, directed by Joseph Kahn (Britney Spears' "Toxic"). "I wanted it to be plastic, beautiful, gorgeous, sweaty, tar on the floor, bad-ass boys, but when you got close, the look in everybody's eyes was f---ing honest and scary." Aside from the bikers, a collection of cops and club kids milled around the warehouse, which housed other set pieces like parked cars and a token booth; the Lady also endured hours of body paint for what she calls "the most brilliant setup of the two days," in which she's "naked, but covered in art."

"The whole idea behind the subway 'Bad' thing is that me and my friends from New York, we're all, like, the dopest f---ing artists," GaGa says. "Best designers, performance artists, dancers. The dancers in the video...those are not hot L.A. people that you see in everybody's video. Those are kids who don't get cast, because they're too f---ing real." In that authentic vein, the mistress of the disco stick created yet another one of her infamous props for the video: a pair of glasses made from chain-link fence. "I love the imagery of a downtown, bad-ass kid walking down the street with his buddies, grabbing a pair of pliers, and making a pair of sunglasses out of a fence on the street," she says. "I thought that imagery was so real, and it shows that no matter who you are, or where you come from, or how much money you have in your pocket, you’re nothing without your ideas. Your ideas are all you have. The opening of the video is me with this chain link hood and these intense glasses. They look so hard. It looks like I plied them right out of the fence and put them on my face."

But don't be skeered -- according to GaGa, the underlying message of all this subway/street action is "That it's okay to have a good time and make art. We don't have to be slitting our wrists and jacking off to our own over-intellectual ideas. It's okay to make amazing music that makes people feel good."

No word yet on when the video will premiere. Stay tuned to EW.com and PopWatch all week for more from the Haus (and mouth) of GaGa....
+ She "might" be launching her own fashion range.

Joseph Kahn must be rolling in it! He does all the big videos these days! He has done a lot of videos for Kelly Clarkson.
