Ive had no chocolate or crisps for 2 weeks now ( :bored: )

that will only slow down your metabolism and make your body store fats. You'd be better off eating 3 meals a day but cutting out bread and fatty foods

Gonna have one of my chicken concoctions soon I think though we'll see. Might be something else. I'm sure you'll all be on the edges of your seats until I say :joker:

Not if you eat the right foods, when you don't eat much your body stores more because it doesn't know when it'll get food again (that's not the scientific terminology :joker:) so if you ate say a low fat cereal for breakfast, rice cakes or something for lunch and fish or grilled chicken with a salad for dinner, they're not foods that you'll put on weight with but it will help your body to process foods faster

She be right Vicky. Your body thinks it's being starved so stores everything it gets as fat for fuel basically

lmao, you don't feel hungry because your stomach shrinks the less you eat. I hate breakfast, I never feel like eating in the morning but I always force myself to eat a bowl of readybrek before I go to work

buy a box of readybrek its easy to make and easy to eat first thing in the morning cos I know where you're coming from with not feeling like food in the morning. Also, I want to lose some weight before the summer as well, so I haven't eaten bread in 2 weeks and I lost 6 pounds so far

Do you like milk? You could make fruit smoothies. Just lob some fruit of choice in a blender with some semi skimmed. Keep you going easily until lunch
