Smithy honestly, take it from someone who has actually been in one, it's not. It's a mat on a steel frame that's sprung from underneath, there is no padding involved.

Haha I tried taking bumps in the ring with my friend who actually learned to wrestle at a proper school, only tried it three times and I couldn't move the next day, she gave it up after a few months as well because she was fed up being covered in bruises all the time learning how to fall and all that lol

Not a lot of people can do it, that's why they get paid the big bucks when you make it lol

Different kind of sport to any other really, it's the taking the falls and stuff that I could never cope with :/ And then add on top of that all the chereographed stuff as well, must be so draining..I'd probs get knocked down once and just lie there lol
