GARY LINEKER: Harry Redknapp still has a big job to transform Spurs
I would not have thought Robbie Keane enjoyed his Saturday night too much after Tottenham's 3-0 trouncing at the Emirates Stadium. As the Spurs captain, I'm sure Keane had the club's best intentions at heart when he said before the game that their squad had greater strength in depth than Arsenal's. He is probably regretting it now. Without Luka Modric, Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon, Spurs were not at their best and I'm sure that Keane realises he would have been better off keeping quiet. Arsenal would have been fired up for the game anyway but by making such a provocative statement, Keane probably put unnecessary pressure on himself. Leading his team out in the tunnel, he might have felt a need, even subconsciously, to try to justify his bold comments. When things started to go wrong, his mind would have flicked back to what he had said. On yesterday's evidence, the truth is that Keane was premature in comparing the two clubs. Spurs are not ready to take on Arsenal yet and I say that as a proud former Spurs player. Guess Keanes kicking himself now, for those who dont know, he said that Tottenhams team is as good as Arsenals and their bench is better. |
Riise wants a liverpool return.
And liverpool are looking to offload babel so they can finance new reina deal who is happy to sign a new contract. LOL having to sell babel to keep reina. If Liverpool go out of the Champions league the transfer budget will be significantly cut. |

SFA is different. I reckon it'll be full replay from 0-0, but different leagues do different things.
I remember once in a Spanish gameit was called off cos the manager got glassed and it was at 88 mins... fans had to come back in and watch 2 mins of play lol. |
If they got to 60 mins it would've just been conceded.

Depends what you want to do really...
Each muscle group should have 3 - 5 exercises. Not about time really for us, say chest we will do 4 exercises usually 3 compound 1 isolation. Say Flat Bench press. Incline dumbell press. Decline Bench all compound Then Cable flies or dumbell flies which is isolation. |
I didn't understand all of that :S, sorry. How would you advise a beginner. As i am very serious about this.

I would say, try go 3 + times a week.
If you dont wanna go, feel a little bit ill just GO no questions. Change your diet. High protein quite high carbs to put on some muscle, buy some protein powder to. Make sure you have 2 rest days a week. weather its one midweek one weekend or just not go on the weekend(what i do). If you want to add strength, make sure you have a spotter/firend with you. And train squats (legs) bench press (chest) deadlift (lower back) and military/ overhead press (shoulders) spotter is important because you can try and go heavy with no real worry of hurting yourself. Get all that? |

Get stronger. Look better. Lose fat? or a mix? |
