The cards are just an aide-de-menoire to supplement the voice in his ear... that oversize headpiece is just to hide a smaller more standard one -- have you noticed that even without that he ALWAYS wears a bobhat? Also did you notice the fast fluency of his comment about Jay speaking English against the rest of his stilted and stuttering delivery... rank amateurism and not worth whatever the 'pittance' is that they pay him
