If you dont wanna go, feel a little bit ill just GO no questions.

Change your diet.
High protein quite high carbs to put on some muscle, buy some protein powder to.

Make sure you have 2 rest days a week. weather its one midweek one weekend or just not go on the weekend(what i do).

If you want to add strength, make sure you have a spotter/firend with you. And train squats (legs) bench press (chest) deadlift (lower back) and military/ overhead press (shoulders)

spotter is important because you can try and go heavy with no real worry of hurting yourself.

Get all that?

I got all of it, and my brother should be able to help me:p

30stone 01-11-2009 11:16 PM

Yeah has he been doing it for a while then? I learnt most of mine from my brother..

When you just start out you change drastically, you do add quite a bit of muscle due to your body being not used to it.

If you want to lose some fat then diet needs to be changed thats most important thing, then maybe do like 20 mins on crosstrainer/ tread mill 1 - 2 times a week after workout.
If you do it before you do your lifts your to tired to push yourself.

How old are you by the way?

and do you have like the basics on what exercises you want to do?

How about getting punched in your arm after doing biceps (mmm)

30stone 01-11-2009 11:27 PM

Do you have a lot of weight machines?

Be very very careful with deadlift... you could damage your back and that will stick for ages, dont go heavy, mind your form, do some research on it.
and get a belt like york or golds gym belt.

Went to a meeting this morning with my departmental advisor (basically, very rich posh educated man!). At the end of the meeting he asked about my accent, and said i must be a Sunderland supporter, to which he suddenly changed personality and was saying "ooh we're going to beat you next week, lets see if you'll be smiling then!!" - turns out he was a spurs fan lol!

Lauren 02-11-2009 04:41 PM

Martin O'Neill has revealed James Milner is "extremely doubtful" for Wednesday's tough away game against West Ham.

The Villa boss added there is also a question mark over Stiliyan Petrov ahead of the Hammers clash but he is willing to give his skipper "every opportunity to recover."

Milner injured his calf and had to be replaced at the break against Everton while Petrov was forced off in the second half after a nasty challenge.

MON said: "James is extremely doubtful. Having come off in the game at half-time, he is a real doubt.

"He was feeling very tight after the Sunderland game when it went into extra-time. He felt something a little bit on the Friday morning but we thought he could get over it.

"It occurred again in the game against Everton. It was in the back of his calf and it was certainly hindering him in the first half.

30stone 02-11-2009 05:51 PM

And Cuellar is out for the next 3!

King Gizzard 02-11-2009 05:59 PM

Nah one, it was 2 yellows i think

he shouldnt of been banned as on the replay he got the ball, and i think he was coming in from the side

King Gizzard 02-11-2009 06:11 PM

What do you think Westham vs Villa on wednesday will be?

30stone 02-11-2009 06:12 PM

Think villa will win 2 - 1

Agbonlahor and Young maybe.

But i am hoping you draw 1 of your game otherwise you will be right up with us.

Going for dinner cya.
