Swimming gets you fit

..I do get lots of exercise especially in the warmer months..walking/cycling and I sometimes run although pavements aren't great for your knees though...it's actually just that my sleeping pattern has been knocked out Arista and yeah some of it is a season thing as well because of the stuff they put on the fields this time of year and the atmosphere is not that healthy...

Yes sleep is a problem.
