I miss the hot potatoes van

They sell them on Bury Market, and when I used to live in Bury, I would love to buy a back of them.

They are sort of new potatoes steam cooked and served in a paper bag. Add salt to taste.

I bet Janette is able to indulge in them if she so desired. I wish I could again as no one does them in Newcastle :bawling:

Well done Boris such self-control. Trouble is there is salad and there is salad. The first is slimming the second includes such things as potato salad, mayonaise, coleslaw, rice salad, buttery new potatoes, cheese etc etc in different combinations, .

I know which version I prefer
