I realise that post ^^^ makes it look like I have two breakfasts, I don't though, that boiled egg ad cuppa I had was at 6am this morning then I never had anything until 12.30pmso the boiled egg or whatever I have at that time is just to keep the hunger pangs away until lunch :idc:

Grilled Bacon, Poached Eggs & Baked Beans with a cup of tea and several slices of thickly buttered 'bloomer' loaf.
Home made 'Smothered Chicken' (Chicken breast smothered in mature Cheddar Cheese and wrapped in streaky bacon.) Potato Croquettes and minted garden peas. Having a 'Chinese' Special Curry with boiled rice for supper. Also drank about 6 cups of coffee, about 6 cups of tea, and one glass of water. |

Yesterday
Special K with chia seeds and milk. Soup with loads of kale in it. Rice, salad and these little fried triangles of shredded meat. Two biscuits. Chicken leg, salad and potatoes. A few pieces of apple, orange and banana. |

One slice of protein bread with an 2 eggs (one yolk two whites) Going to have half pack of Uncle Benn's wholemeal rice with veg and fish (smoked loin) Later I will have half a protein cookie and a coffee. The end Water intake 850 ml then 500ml so far... |

Breakfast was toast with peanut butter and sliced banana and loads of coffee
Lunch. Smoothie and loads of coffee Dinner. Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese, onion, peas and home made chips and yes you've guessed it loads of coffee. |

Nothing but coffee yet, lasagne for dinner so I'm saving myself (and I have nothing else in)
