Well I was actually feeling a lot worse today but I've taken some drugs and feel a bit better. Managed to eat a big'ish dinner and have kept it down so I'm getting there!

..that's the thing for me with baking, sometimes I just like to do it but I don't always want to eat any though/it's just the doing of it when I'm in the mood, which I have been a lot recently so I think I better give it a miss for a while....
