who does connect with the general public.
Well for me the only leader of a party that I feel any connection with is in fact Alex Salmond.
I don't however live currently in Scotland so couldn't support him and the SNP.

Of the 3 main party leaders overall of of the UK,the only one I could put any trust in myself is in fact Ed Miliband.
I am not saying he is a really good leader but for me his word carries far more weight than virtually anything David Cameron or Nick Clegg says, for me anyway.

The minute he said it, I knew he would be jumped on. He should have said a bunch of ugly men,he would have got a laugh at that probably.
Ill advised comment maybe but hardly the crime of the century.

Mind you, I had to agree with Margaret Curran when she just started talking as to points raised, when she said 'on this panel the only way to be heard was to talk over everyone'.
David Dimbledy said not a word and he was to blame for that, he really is doing at best a fair job on chairing and keeping order on this programme now.
