It always used to be on at 10pm during C4 days - in all honesty if people want to watch it they will.

Edit - *Well not always but yeah*

Why? You can read? It's off putting at first but you get used to it quickly. It's a *really* good series, it's worth the effort.

Ok no need to get offended haha.

It's a really good series, definitely worth the effort.

Hahah, just saw a lot of people saying stuff like that on twitter when the first episode aired, "Subtitles? **** this" etc, do people not have concentration spans anymore? People were like it with the original The Killing, and missed a really good show because of it.

Gstar 17-06-2013 12:55 PM

I watched a non-english film a couple of years ago and it was really good, about 10 minutes into it your mind gets used to the subtitles

It really does. It's no different to reading this forum or stuff on Facebook or Twitter, I don't see the problem, it's particularly odd coming from BB fans considering the amount BB uses subtitles itself.

daniel-lewis-1985 17-06-2013 12:59 PM

I watched a film from 1921 last night.

I aint lazy lol.

Definitely. It's weird, Americans aren't trusted to read subtitles or understand foreign accents, even though they frequently can and do do so of their own accord, Brits are trusted to but are too lazy to bother.

:D Have you seen The Returned? It's a really confusing (in a good way) zombie crime thriller, like LOST meets The Killing, with Zombies, really good.

DanielLuis 17-06-2013 07:44 PM

Do you think yesterday's higlights could get near 2M when the official ratings are announced? If it keeps up, this series could increase from last series' average. It would be pretty cool.

neneu10 18-06-2013 06:50 AM

I hope this year ratings will be better than the last 2 years

*mazedsalv** 18-06-2013 08:44 AM

1.50m (8.7%) for last night. It's a shame, wish it was higher, but obviously being on at 10pm would hit it. Decent share though.

What was the peak

JohnnyBB 18-06-2013 09:41 AM

if it was in the 9pm slot and more where told that there was a live link to the house it would of got 2million.

Live feed ratings for last night 37k <<< OUUFF

Bit On The Side 634k (7.0%)

*mazedsalv** 18-06-2013 09:43 AM

At 10pm more people watch live, but at 9pm, more people watch on +1. It should stay at 9pm most nights IMO!

1.43m and 70k on +1= 1.50m

Vanessa 18-06-2013 09:44 AM

It's ok for a 10 o clock slot.

it was the main concern the slot isn't working.
its not working for C5 or the Fans hence its not even meeting the slot average.

Sadly its all they were going to offer if its axed its axed a shame really because last night truly was very nice and classic live feed.

What I would say about this issue its a shame the live feed has become so interlinked with ratings even if it just gets 5,000 viewers (at certain times) it does help push the show forward as we have seen other times it gets 400k viewers no problem at all.

I think it was probably close to being 2nd in it's slot. It is good for 10pm when you think that Ch5 at 9pm got under 1m.

I Agree, But what i will say is, this bit of live feed, is keeping fans intrested, weve seen a raitings boost it might be small but i think thats got somthing to do with live feed.

daniel-lewis-1985 18-06-2013 11:12 AM

Not to bad.

It deserved higher as it was a great episode even though I was infuriated with producers for their warning of Jemima.

I think its safe to say live feed is going to be axed.

:(

oathbreaker 18-06-2013 11:17 AM

Last night the feed was good.
but sunday it was bloody terrible if it improves tonight Endemol need to raise the game.
stop turning this feed into a One HM cam when there's so many others in there.

I might be wrong in the breakdown * but think by the numbers it does okay before the big hitters start corrie & EE then picks up again after they end.

oathbreaker 18-06-2013 11:26 AM

DanCC posted these on DS. its the feedbreakdown

Notice how the numbers drop

19:30 Corrie
20:00 Eastenders.

19:00 91.8 0.49%
19:05 58.7 0.31%
19:10 77.5 0.42%
19:15 50.3 0.26%
19:20 39.8 0.20%
19:25 31.6 0.16%
19:30 25.6 0.13%
19:35 18.3 0.09%
19:40 17.8 0.09%
19:45 11.8 0.06%
19:50 8.8 0.04%
19:55 20.7 0.10%
20:00 40.4 0.19%
20:05 29.2 0.14%
20:10 33.1 0.15%
20:15 28.6 0.13%
20:20 30.5 0.14%
20:25 31.7 0.14%
20:30 38.0 0.16%
20:35 41.5 0.18%
20:40 39.4 0.17%
20:45 35.1 0.15%
20:50 28.5 0.12%
20:55 68.7 0.31%

Then look at the final 68.7 these numbers are all over the blooming place and isn't that how it should be ? its a FEED not a TV show its a live feed of events in the house and that to me is the most depressing thing its been pigeon holed as a TV show when it is now one of the most unique things left in Reality TV.

Jack_ 18-06-2013 11:45 AM

Can't wait for the ratings to start tumbling

DanielLuis 18-06-2013 11:59 AM

I think it's a bit stupid of C5 to put HL's at 10PM.
