I also understand that the report system is in place for any posts that you haven't seen you can then deal with them, but the ones that the Mods do see they should be dealing with it, that's all I'm saying.

I actually think we are pretty lenient, especially during off season when the place is quieter, we don't enjoy banning people regardless of what some may think, some of us even give a warning type comment when a member is due to be banned like 'you are one point off of a ban'

Yet we do have some members that argue about every single warning and infraction they get, they just can never admit they have broken a rule.

Well personally I find that thread disgusting, and it's way more against the rules than what Jessica was banned for (which I did report, sorry Jessica) imo there's fun and then there's taking it too far which that thread does to me personally.

Just reiterating that I am not disputing my ban, I deserved all but one of the infractions that lead to it, I made this thread because I was thinking about all of this a few days ago and didn't get round to posting it. I repeat, this thread is unrelated to my recent ban. :facepalm:

I like Smithy's idea, personally I would be less likely to do something which may lead to a ban if it was going to last a week or a month because I wouldn't be able to discuss the stuff I'm watching and that's my favourite thing about TiBB. :joker:

Yeah, we have a thread in admin right now actually discussing the infraction system atm though the majority of mods are happy with it as is.

I would like to just add from what I've read of the last couple of pages, that I think the bans should be extended. Its a bit pointless, banning someone for 24hrs.
