Voting will freeze at 9pm before the finale begins when the housemates finishing in fourth and third places will be decided.
The finale starts at 10pm and once fourth and third places have been announced at the top of the show, the vote will then re-open to decide the winner.

He looked upset that it's coming to an end. I was listening to a podcast of his, apparently he quit sixth form last November and hasn't done anything since so he is probably fearing going back to reality.
