He's not wrong though Kroenke is a bit of a penny pincher considering both he and his wife are billionaires in their own right. There are loads of reports that Kroenke was one of the main people behind the ESl. Wouldn't surprise me cuz he knows its gonna take alot of investment from himself to get Arsenal anywhere near the top four.
