ive said over and over, it's out of boris's hands now, his position is untenable. 30+ of his staff have resigned. He no longer has a functioning government

I agree.

There's only so long that he can fight the inevitable.

But Not Today

Our political research unit says a record 14 ministers have resigned in a single day today, more than have ever quit in a single day before.

The previous record was 11 ministers in 1932

Oliver_W 06-07-2022 07:18 PM

If he's not resigning, is everyone from that committee going to do so?!

That would make his position even more untenable...

Boris should resign, see if can keep a little dignity.
I do like Boris, but his time has been and gone, he needs to put the party before himself.

Just a few times Boris "too trusting" Johnson has lied throughout his career

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.the...hristmas-party

Before I get the "millions voted for him in 2019" rubbish, its just that. They voted to get Brexit done and dusted because everyone was bored by then and had bought into his bull**** of £350 million to the NHS, hasn't happened. What has happened is a catalogue of lies, cover ups and a embarrassment of apology after apology. Its actually shameful

He is probably hoping to turn it around.

I just personally don't think that he will, this party has a history of turning on it's leaders.
