I agree that baseless accusations are very dangerous and severe allegations should wait until they are actually proven.

I disagree, however, that people are coming at this from a place of bigotry or ignorance. I can pretty much guarantee that every member in this thread wold be equally as accusatory were this a straight man and a much younger woman who he had known since she was a child. I don't think his sexuality plays much part in most people's thought process.

I didn’t mention people on here, I meant in the general discussions that are being had everywhere, but now that you mention members on here, there are definitely a few that are viewing this story from a bigoted viewpoint

i keep coming back to the fact that none of this is new. It's been known by the general public for years now. There is a large slice of smoke and mirrors going on now and coincidence or not, it seems to have come to a head on his brothers conviction.

I personally think there is more yet to come out, but i wouldn't speculate on what that could be

Well I was going to apologise for misinterpreting your post but as you have now stated that, I have to respectfully disagree again as I believe that the reaction would have been the same if it had been a heterosexual male (or femle) presenter having an affair with a much younger employee in the same circumstances.

I don't doubt that there are people on here with very different opinions and views on sexuality, many that I don't agree with, but in this instance the age that they were first introduced seems to be the very reason people are concerned

A woman who worked on SM:TV in the 2000s said there were rumours about him in the industry back then.

Like I said I found it weird when Cheryl started dating Liam and had a kid with him,as she knew him when he was 14 :shrug:. Ok nothing illegal happened then ...but still a bit weird.

His sexuality is very relevant after he was lauded as a hero for coming out, lauded by the gays even though he cheated on his wife for all those years. He isnt even gay, cause if he was he wouldnt have been able to get hard for his wife.

Him being gay is a smokescreen for him being a paedophile who grooms children so he can **** them when they come of age.

You are the one more concerned about his sexuality, cause you have given the creep a free pass because of his supposed homosexuality.
