I have no sympathy for psychos on twitter calling for blood.

Sometimes it really is about the rights of women and girls, and nothing to do with agreeing with terminally online weirdos.

So you care about this but you dont care about people openly holding up placards on the street calling for death to anyone who raises an issue?

both are extremist views

and you stood silent while women are being punched in the face, and have to be removed from rallies for their own safety.....nothing to see here at all Liam right?

Thank goodness there weren't thousands of trans rights activists threatening to rape and murder JK Rowling or set her house on fire for writing an article or anything like that. :umm2: "Punch a TERF day" was another fun twitter fad I believe.

Not that I'm excusing any joking about or threatening violence from either "side". It just comes off a bit hollow when you ignored volleys of the same from those you happen to support. In fact, if I remember rightly, there were members on here actively cheering it on. I'm not sure if you were one of them, to be fair. Some of your allies certainly were, though.

we don't need to rape or murder JK Rowling, cancelling the career of that loser bitch is more than enough

Nope, don't need to do that either, as she hasn't said or done anything wrong.

The attempt at "cancelling" Hogwarts Legacy gave it a 256% jump in sales over what was projected. I don't think she's at any risk of having her career cancelled.

And quit it with the casual violent misogyny Nicky, you've been told about it enough and "apologised" countless times only to continue doing it.

Nicky91 27-04-2023 08:05 AM

just don't be transphobic JK, and i have no problems with you

but if ur transphobic, i feel no sympathies whatsoever for you ;)

I remember the one psycho that was holding a banner saying that they wanted to "behead a TERF" which again is so alarming at how people just casually say/write these things and they're above the age of 14.

cancelling her career? :laugh2: That worked out well when she's just had a best selling game after that flop attempt to boycott and a brand new Harry Potter Series in the works where she will be heavily involved

Nicky if there was a rise In trans men abusing male spaces and taking advantage of gender identity and laughing in the faces of men whilst projecting such self entitled behaviour. I doubt you'd be throwing around the word " transphobic".... especially if you were stared at . What if you went to a male toilet and a woman as clear as anything walked into the bathroom and expected you to accept her as a man just because she said so ? ,as anyone can identify as anything now.

I know It's not the same anyway...as trans men statistically are less likely to harm biological men. But women can still make men feel uncomfortable. And if you had a sudden rise in predatory biological women invading these places saying " oh it's ok I'm a man " ,anytime men were in locker rooms naked or any other male only spaces.... Would you be ok with it ? . And I'm talking pre- op full feminine woman who hasn't even bothered to blend in as a man.

Speaking of JK Rowling, I admire how she totally refuses to be cowed by baying mobs wanting her silenced on an issue she feels strongly about…

'Preening, self-satisfied misogyny': JK Rowling slams Ireland's Eurovision act Wild Youth after the band 'cut all ties' with their creative director who called a knife-wielding transgender robber a man

JK Rowling has slammed Ireland's Eurovision entry after the group 'cut all ties' with a creative director who called a knife-wielding transgender robber a man.
Wild Youth said they had parted ways with creative director Ian Banham out of 'unity and kindness' after he referred to a trans attacker and convicted rapist as a man.
Zara Jade, 54, was jailed for nine years for stabbing and robbing a vulnerable victim and tying her to a chair before taking her card and withdrawing £300 from an ATM.
Ms Rowling condemned the band's move on Twitter and criticised a BBC article on Jade's arrest with the headline 'Woman jailed after stabbing and tying up victim.'
She said: 'The re-traumatisation of female rape survivors, including this man's victims, on seeing him called a woman by the press counts for nothing, naturally.
'The so-called kindness and inclusivity of Wild Youth is preening, self-satisfied misogyny.'
Mr Banham responded to a tweet critcising the BBC coverage of Jade, saying: 'It's a MAN! This clown world is ridiculous...'
Wild Youth lead singer Conor O'Donohoe had previously apologised to fans over Mr Banham's posts after the band said it had 'cut all ties' with the creative director.
Mr O'Donohoe said: 'First off I want to apologise with my whole heart to anyone who has been hurt or even had to read such horrible tweets.
'He goes against everything I stand for, his tweets make me feel sick reading them.
'Writing this song and writing these lyrics was writing about what I believe in. Acceptance Unity and kindness. Ian will have nothing to do with Wild Youth on our Eurovision journey.
'Again from the bottom of my heart. I'm sorry to anybody who had to read these tweets and was effected [sic] by them. '
In March, Jade admitted wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, robbery, fraud and false imprisonment and was jailed for nine years with an extended licence period of three years.
The victim was strapped to an electrically powered chair by her ankles, knees, chest and arms, before she was tilted back, and the power was switched off.
Bradford Crown Court previously heard how her victim remained fixed in place for a few hours at their shared flat in Halifax while Jade used her card to withdraw £300 before later untying her.
The attacker was also convicted of rape in 1998 when identifying as a man.

They say it's not just that one twee,t that the Choreographer was also "fat shaming" in another tweet which yeah he made a comment about an over weight woman which wasn't nice but also I don't think it's a firable offense either however then this tweet from the guy from the Eurovision band has come out since, is his fat shaming comment OK because he made it against a man? and a man that the general public don't like that much?

Incorrect, she said if they passed these laws they would have blood on their hands if and when people end up doing harm to themselves as a result and she cited stories from a source of just that happening, she didn’t call them murderers, she correctly stated that these laws would lead to direct harm to people, it’s a fact
