I eat salad and fruit all day, and exercise all day so my immune system should be naturally strong, where I fall down is that I am stressed 100% of the time, in fact I have a lump on the back of my neck because I am so stressed all the time.
Many people have told me I will have high blood pressure when I am older. Lmfao... Digressing. |
Well, I do a lot of sports so it should be OK. Even though next week, my work placement begins and I'll be mixed with people I don't know. I sound like a total sociopath lol

I do confirm that, I love clubbing and meeting people but not getting mixed with them sometimes ? I really hated the bus, train or tube for that reason. So now I sound like a sociopath and posh ! |

This is what annoys me the most when the say that there have been 166 or so deaths in Mexico and discreetly say about the 8 confirmed cases to have had the Swine Flu. Once again the media have caused alot of people in the UK to panic, when really at the moment there is nothing to panic about. I believe that the decision to raise it Phase 5 is just a precaution more than anything. Just basic hygiene practise will stop it from spreading, and just generally being cautious I mean those deaths in Mexico can be down to it being a poor country, there hospital not being that clean, and poor NHS service, people living too far away from hospitals etc... |
I'm not worried at all and I work in a Supermarket, so if I was to catch anything, I'm 90% at risk I'd say. I'll continue to work. I've been ill for 2 weeks, just recovering I am not sure if you can be ill that quickly again.
Just take pocket-tissues with you everywhere and hand gel or wet wipes. |

World health & the Yank Leader says call it H1N1 |
First UK flu transfer case confirmed
The first case of the new deadly flu strain in Britain has been confirmed in a patient who had not recently been to Mexico, a health official said on Friday. The man, from Falkirk in Scotland, is the 10th person in Britain to have tested positive for the new strain of Influenza A (H1N1) but the first in Britain to have contracted without having been to Mexico himself. Graeme Pacitti, 24, is a friend of couple Iain and Dawn Askham who returned from their Mexican honeymoon with the virus. "I've said I actually started to feel better than I have all week just hearing that news, I'm quite gutted really," he told BBC TV. He said he started feeling ill last Saturday after meeting up with Iain Askham. The newly-weds, who were the UK's first swine flu cases, have spoken of how they feared they might die from the disease. "You try to stay calm but at the back of your mind there is the possibility that you might die," Iain Askham, of Polmont, near Falkirk, told the Daily Mail. He and his wife believe they caught the virus on a flight back from Cancun in Mexico, during which several passengers were coughing and sneezing. The couple returned to their home on Thursday having been treated for five nights in separate isolation rooms at Monklands Hospital, Airdrie. "It was particularly hard to bear, because I knew that Dawn was next door and that she wasn't well," Iain told the newspaper. All those who had previously tested positive had recently travelled to Mexico, are said have mild symptoms and to be recovering well. The Health Protection Agency said a ninth patient from the northwest of England had also been confirmed with the virus on Friday while 642 others were under laboratory investigation. The government has been stockpiling anti-viral doses and has launched "Catch it, Bin it, Kill it!" adverts, urging people to cover coughs and sneezes with tissues, throw them away and then wash their hands. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/22/20090501...n-fa6b408.html |
