lunch - left over mince inside a toasted tortilla wrap
dinner - left over mince with mashed carrot on top (like a sheppards pie) with a small potato, spinach, peas and boiled peppers.
dessert - half frozen fruit with homemade banana ice cream (literally a mashed up banana with a bit strawberries in it)
